The following is included in the guided tour program:
- Face to face discussion with a Realtor about the area
- A 3 hour tour around a selected area of interest: for example, Cary, Apex, and Holly Springs or North Raleigh and Wake Forest, or Downtown Raleigh and North Raleigh, etc.
- See the inside of three to four resale homes to understand what you get for the money
- Detailed discussion with the Freedom Realty Firm Realtor about the purchase process in North Carolina such as earnest money, home inspections, and North Carolina offer to purchase and contract.
- Be guilt free that you didn't call and use a Realtor's time and money knowing you never planned on purchasing in the area.
- If you do purchase with us in the future, we will fully credit your tour fee back to you at closing.
