The number one selling (volume wise) subdivision in Holly Springs, North Carolina for several years now is Braxton Village; the community gets its sales volume because of location, price, and amenities.
The homes were built in the 2000's. KHovnanian was one of the first builders in the neighborhood, but in the later years, the homes were primarily built by Comfort Homes and Royal Oaks Building Group.
The homes were and are predominately built on slabs, but you'll see homes with crawl spaces in peppered throughout the older side of the community. The exterior of the homes are vinyl and most of the flooring in the homes is carpet, hardwood, vinyl, and some tile in the newer homes.
The HOA at Braxton Village is fairly active; residents do get mailed notices regularly when the exterior appearance of homes is not kept up.
There are approximately 517 home sites in the subdivision ranging from .15 acres to .5 acres (rare). Most of the lots are around .2 to .25 acres. There are many culdesacs in the community and there are also wooded lots, some of which back to the Progress Energy Buffer.

Directions: take the hwy 55 south bypass through Holly Springs, make a right onto Avent Ferry road at new South Park Shopping Center, drive 2 miles, pass Holly Glen neighborhood, make a right into subdivision.
